Cancellation Policy

1. All appointments are confirmed after a payment is received. A Zoom link will be sent upon completion of registration. 2. Refunds are not given if session is missed. The credit balance from the missed session can be applied to any other session. 3. Late appointment arrivals will not have time extended. Sessions will end as scheduled.
